Charming cottage, picturesque village setting, lovely rear garden views, cosy and high standard interior, great fixtures and fittings, appreciated little extras.
All was good.

Lovely garden with a BBQ, perfect for hosting parties. if only I had been invited to one.
Oh, how I missed the excitement and noise from Manchester Airport while staying 35 km away. What a shame.

Loved the garden, perfect for BBQs. Manchester airport just a hop away, in case I wanted to escape this charming place. The Alton Towers are a mere 35 km away, for all the thrill-seekers.
Oh, how I missed the traffic passing by unexpectedly and the logs not being where they were supposed to be! Such delightful surprises.

We had a fantastic stay at a cosy and clean cottage in an excellent location. The views from the back of the cottage were lovely and the beds were all very comfortable in good sized rooms. We appreciated having a garden area to relax in, especially when the weather was good. The owner was lovely and very helpful with information about good places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed our walks in this beautiful part of Derbyshire. Everything was just perfect for our stay and we would definitely return.
Everything was spot on! 👌

The cottage is located in a peaceful residential area with ample street parking. The three-storey house has charming personal decor, especially in the cozy living room with a lovely fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and utensils. The beds are comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the skylight windows on the top floor.
We felt so well taken care of, there was nothing to complain about.
